Cancellation Policy
This policy applies only if you have signed a Letter of Authority and Engagement Letter with First Legal Solicitors.
You may cancel your agreement at any time and without giving a reason by sending us a cancellation notice. Please include your client reference number in all communications.
Notice of Right to Cancel
PCP Refund Wizard acts as an introducer to certain claim handling partners. It does not provide claim handling services.
If you have signed a Letter of Authority and/or Terms of Engagement with one of our claim handling partners, you must cancel with them directly.
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel your claim without charge.
